Kinteah Faulk is an administrative support professional specializing in financial services operations and client service support for financial advisors. She plays an integral role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while enhancing the overall client experience.

A native of Suffolk, Virginia, Kinteah is a cum laude graduate of Norfolk State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. She brings a strong foundation in organization, leadership, and administrative operations, developed through both academic achievement and hands-on professional experience.

At First Genesis of Virginia, Kinteah provides administrative and operational support for financial advisors, including client relationship management (CRM), documentation compliance, and financial planning coordination. She manages client communications, maintains accurate and compliant records, and supports the implementation of financial strategies. Her attention to detail, structured approach, and commitment to efficiency help streamline advisor workflows and ensure a high level of client service.

Kinteah is also a Spring 2025 initiate of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, and previously served as Treasurer of the Zealous Zeta Gamma Chapter at Norfolk State University, reflecting her dedication to Scholarship, Service, Sisterhood, and Finer Womanhood.

Outside of her professional work, Kinteah enjoys recreational tennis, painting, coloring, and watching anime and K-dramas. Guided by her faith, she draws daily inspiration from Philippians 4:13: “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”
